Advance Notice Required

A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel any scheduled appointment.

Appointments booked less than 12 hours in advance cannot be canceled.
Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice or missed appointments will incur a $100 fee per missed service.

This policy also applies to group appointments. For any attendee changes, the same 12-hour notice rule applies, or a $100 fee per missed attendee will be charged.
No Refunds for Missed Appointments

Missed appointments are considered non-refundable.
Credit Card Requirement

A valid credit card is required to secure every reservation.

Any applicable cancellation fees will be automatically charged to this card.
Notification Process

If a cancellation fee is charged, you will receive an email notification outlining the details.
