Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all guests, please review our updated cancellation policy:

Advance Notice Required

  • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel any scheduled appointment.

  • Appointments booked less than 12 hours in advance cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Fee

  • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice or missed appointments will incur a $100 fee per missed service.

  • This policy also applies to group appointments. For any attendee changes, the same 12-hour notice rule applies, or a $100 fee per missed attendee will be charged.

No Refunds for Missed Appointments

  • Missed appointments are considered non-refundable.

Credit Card Requirement

  • A valid credit card is required to secure every reservation.

  • Any applicable cancellation fees will be automatically charged to this card.

Notification Process

  • If a cancellation fee is charged, you will receive an email notification outlining the details.

Valid Method of Cancellation

  • Cancellations are only accepted by email at: info@ivaruba.com

  • Cancellations via phone, text, or in person will not be honored.
